When Booking an Appointment a None Refundable Deposit Will Be Taken. If You Cancel Your Appointment With 48hrs Notice a 50% Charge will Be Due. If You Cancel Your Appointment With Less Than 24hrs Notice, The Full Service Charge Will Be Due. While We Do Understand Things Happen & Life Gets In The Way. Exceptions Cannot Always Be Made. Please Speak To Your Stylist. * Please Note - If You Have An Appointment On Tuesday That You Cancel On A Saturday, The 50% Charge Will Still Be Due.
